Each Royal Personage recieved their "Mini Me" peg person at Pennsic in a gift bucket filled with It Takes My Child to Raze a Village lollipops, favors & bruise butter made by children, trim (in appropriate Kingdom Colors - woven by Lady Bryn Archer), Queen's Collection (lotions, oils and such made by Lady Aliyah bat Asriel), and rings made by Lady Elisabeth Alles. Along with information about It Takes My Child to Raze a Village and the words to "Future of the Dream" (below).

This song is a placeholder until Lady Seadhli can find a Bard willing to write an It Takes My Child to Raze a Village “Theme” Song that has a madrigal quality to it while still being sing-able by Children and Adults.

Secret Seadhli Stuff - Segment 1

Shhh!
Here are some sneak peaks of the gifts I created for the It Takes My Child to Serve the Crown gift buckets for It Takes My Child to Raze a Village: Pennsic Edition (and the original Midrealm version this past April.)

Naked (gasp!) bodies, they are chilling on a pizza box so that if any of the glue leaks out they won't be stuck to the table! I ended up making three more than are pictured --although one was unrelated to these and a replacement for a dog-chewed doll.

Single Sentements

This is a poem. I wrote it. It is also full of truth.

Some days I am really jealous wishful envious.
Some days I am really sick of being Single.
Some days I really wish I had my own children, now, already.
I am almost 30.
Most of my friends from high school are married or in a committed relationship, and have been for awhile now.
Most of those people have at least one child.
Most of those people are not living with their parents.
I am not even dating anyone.
In Health class, in high school, we had to predict what we would be doing in ten years.
In my project, I would be married, drive a Model T, own a log cabin, have two dogs, work as a teacher and have at least 3 kids.
In my prediction, I also won Disney's Teacher of the year, and got to go to DisneyLand with my class.
I have a cat, almost an Associate's degree, my cars have all died, I live with my parents and I have never been to DisneyLand (or World).
Sometimes, it is hard to remember that God is writing my love story.
Sometimes, I wonder if, maybe, it is my future husband who isn't ready for me.
Sometimes, I am grateful that I am single and do not have many responsibilities.
I have collected many experiences and lessons and ideas and truths. Perhaps, I have a few more things to learn.

This seems Super cool! A Month of Letters Challenge! I think I'm going to do it! Commit to sending one thing through the post every possible day in February- which is only 24 days due to Sundays and a bank Holiday!

If I have your address, you will probably get something from me! If you reply by post you will receive something else! :) I love getting mail, and I send it frequently. It is rare when I receive anything back, though!
